The regal collection of jewellery was inspired by the beautiful amethyst and citrean gem stones that I found and fell in love with. They were large and wonderfully cut and as I began to make them into rings my eye didn't want to lose any of the full belly of the stone, I wanted to show them off as much as possible. So the designs became very light and open, in the prince design I turned the stone upside down to have the full belly out and on show. The princess is what I would also call naked, the stone is in full view and only held by the minimum of metal.
